Mike Lemon is Director of Federal Government Affairs and Counsel for Internet Association. Mike is responsible for advocating for internet economy before Congress and the federal government.
Mike moved to Washington, D.C. to work with the newly elected Senator Mike Lee in 2011, and since that time has worked on the Senate Judiciary Committee, focusing on intellectual property, privacy, antitrust, and immigration.

Mike grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his six siblings, where he worked as a busboy, a library clerk, and a trash man. After graduating high school, he headed west to attend Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. He took two years off to serve as a missionary in Houston, TX, working with the Spanish-speaking population there.

Mike is a member of the Utah State Bar. In 2006, he graduated cum laude from BYU with a degree in music, and in 2010, he received his J.D. from BYU Law School, having been a recipient of the Stephen L. Richards scholarship. He enjoys cooking, playing mediocre tennis, and traveling up to Pennsylvania to spend time with his 12 nieces and nephews.
